Everyday, about *35,000 full-fledged chickens wait in line and enjoy two times full-body bath at Totole Factory. Then the cleaned chickens will be sent to the steamer for sterilization and ripening.

Grind and smash
Dry and wet material will be crushed at the same time by grind and smash machine, then crushed chicken were ground with shallot、garlic and other materials, which makes the fragrant and flavoring substance of the chicken to be better released.

Pelletizing and drying
After pelletizing, granulated chicken bouillon appears initially, and then they are sent to a two-stage large-scale vibrating fluidized bed for drying and sterilization. At the same time, the flavor has been further improved.

Inspection and Packaging

Loading
