  • steak: 600g
  • orange: 1(big)


  • Totole chicken bouillon: 10g
  • Totole first press light soy sauce: 10ml
  • sugar: 20g
  • oil:amount
  • salt:a little
  • water:amount


  • Wash and cut the steak, blanch the steak and skim the foam.
  • Peel the orange, slice part of it, squeeze the remaining orange.
  • Make the sauce with Totole chicken bouillon, Totole first press light soy sauce,sugar, salt and orange juice.
  • Heat up the oil and fry the steak until golden brown on both sides. Add the sauce and stir well. Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cook until all sauce is absorbed.
  • Spread orange slices on plate, then fill with steak.
