Poached Sliced Beef in Hot Chili Oil
Food material：Beef tenderloin
Bean Seeding
Cabbage
Chopped dried chilli
Garlic
Seasoning：Totole granulated chicken bouillon Soy sauce Cooking wine Totole spicy sauce
Steps：
1、Wash beef and Beat it by the back of the knife, then cut into pieces. Then marinate them with proper amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, water and starch for 10 minutes.
2、After vegetable oil heated in Soup pot, fry Hongpi county bean paste, then pour some soup in. After boiling, add bean seeding , cabbage celery slices.
3、Add soy sauce, chicken bouillon, cooking wine, spicy sauce, salt, ginger slices , garlic slices to the soup. When it is boiling, pour beef in the soup pot.
4、Turn off the heat when beef changes the color. Then pour in bowl and drizzle with prickly ash, chopped dried chili and heated oil.
