From the very beginning, Totole has realized the importance of food hygiene and safety to a food company, and has been regulating its operation with high standards and strict requirements. We pay attention to the quality and safety control of raw materials at source, and adhere to the supplier management model of "strict selection, win-win, and sustainable development". It ensures the quality and safety of the high-risk raw animal and plant materials by promoting suppliers to build their own breeding bases, scientifically selecting nutritionally balanced feeds, and strictly monitoring the soil conditions of the production areas, thus providing a guarantee for the realization of "the same source of taste and material" and the achievement of "good taste". Based on risk management thinking, we implement preventive management for the whole process of product manufacturing, set up each quality control in each link, such as raw material acceptance, production processing, finished products out of storage, storage and logistics, etc., and pursue one-time production of qualified products. In the road of Totole's growth and development, the company has introduced international advanced quality and food safety management standards, such as HACCP, ISO9001, ISO22000, FSSC22000, etc., and integrated the essence of the company’s management over the years to build a multi-system integrated quality management system that meets the actual operational needs and is rich in Totole's characteristics. The system covers all aspects and processes of the company’s product development, supply chain, production, sales and service and brand building, thus escorting the company’s full speed forward.

Safety is a fundamental part of a company, and "Safety Matters" is a commitment that Totole has always maintained. We are committed to preventing work-related accidents, injuries and illnesses, and protecting our employees, contractors and others in the Totole's value chain. Safety is an uncompromising priority in our culture. We encourage and require each employee to play an active role in providing a safe and healthy work environment by setting high standards for promoting safety and health awareness or knowledge to employees, contractors and others associated with or affected by Totole's business activities. We promote the safety leadership of management, safety management system certification, hidden danger investigation and rectification, safety production month, activities such as "everyone is a safety officer", "safety starts from me" and safety knowledge competition. Meanwhile, "Totole Safety Education Experience Hall" will be open to society, serving both employees and society. It will pass Totole's knowledge and concept of safety to more people directly and construct a safe and harmonious employment environment together.
COMPLIANCE
Compliance is a basic requirement for all business development. Totole clearly points out that "compliance is the uncompromising cornerstone of all businesses". The compliance management system is built up by system formulation, compliance culture implementation, compliance training, reporting and inspection, supervision and execution, post-event accountability, discipline and prevention, and handling of litigation cases. With the continuous improvement of the compliance management system, both the company staff and upstream and downstream enterprises can follow the "strict requirements" of Totole. They can strictly comply with the rules and regulations of Totole, and achieve the prevention of compliance risks beforehand. We also make full use of compliance inspection and compliance due diligence to achieve effective detection and supervision during the process. Risks cannot be eliminated, and part of the non-compliance risk will always become a reality. The company will firmly dispose of non-compliance items, give full play to SpeakUp (a complaint reporting system), and speak up the non-compliance items by your side. The accountability should be compliant and employees' illegal, irregular and disciplinary actions should be held accountable to achieve compliance after the event, and ultimately ensure the overall healthy and sustainable development of the company’s business.
